The current version JANUS 3.1 offers improved core software and brand new optional modules such as Event Relay (lite), Asset Protection, Time and Attendance, Guard Tour and Visitor Management.

New functionality in the standard core software :-
  • Attachments to Incident Logs e.g. word documents or pictures
  • Attachments to Engineering Logs e.g. word documents or pictures
  • Windows O/S Log-On – Use the same User Name and Log-On for the Windows O/S and JANUS to auto log-on to JANUS applications and save repeated password entries
  • Par-Sec RFID Asset and Personnel Management
    • New 38bit protocol for the Par-Sec Reader offering critical tag data to the system in textual and graphical format such as:-

  • Event Relay (lite) to direct JANUS events and control third-party hardware such as CCTV, Digital Video Recorders, Intruder Panels, Building Management Systems etc. (One Target Device Only)
  • Guard Tour with random and sequential tours. Readers and inputs can be visited in random or fixed order sequence with routes being monitored and stored for subsequent historical reporting
  • ViewPoint Time & Attendance a scalable solution suitable for medium-sized and large companies with simple or complex T&A requirements for both salaried staff and hourly-paid/weekly-paid employees. ViewPoint is flexible, easily configurable and offers advanced reporting facilities.
